Our ‘Es Pi’ restaurant with km0 philosophy

Majorcan tradition, roots and culture are the starting points of our restaurant 'Es Pi'. With Marcel Ress (Spain’s Top Chef in 2015) as a gastronomic consultant, we have created a concept in which flavours, colours and aromas of our land are present in each dish. With a seasonal menu, 'Es Pi' welcomes both - hotel guests and visitors - seeking to enjoy a gastronomic experience surrounded by the island's nature.
